Wound up in Wexford

The Belfry

Every 3 months or so, we are unable to use our normal rehearsal room for our orchestra, due to a meeting with greater precedence.

Often, we just have a week off.  But we are currently rehearsing for 2 concerts in July - the first in less than 2 weeks.  So this week we had to find an alternative space.  We rehearsed at "The Belfry" in Overstrand.

This is an old school house, built in 1830 by the Gurneys (founders of Barclays Bank).  Some lovely vaulted ceilings - see extra.
