Fox-and-Cubs

Had to cancel a lunch date with ex-colleague this morning on account my back has taken a turn for the worst and I can hardly stand straight. Tried to straighten up by taking a walk round the garden  -  it helped a bit.  Lots going on in the garden at the moment. This flower has appeared for the second year running so I suppose it has decided to take up permanent residence. See its full history by clicking HERE!  I had to take a few shots to make sure I had a non-blurry one because its very windy and everything is dancing about (except me of course) but I see the hoverfly managed to hang on in there!  Have a nice day, everyone:)
