Dixie.

With the schools having broken up for summer yesterday, Swannie had a day off today so she disappeared away up to Penicuik for lunch with her Mum and Jim.

The blip is of Dixie, the new cat in the pen.  He is a big, handsome, friendly lad whose owner, unfortunately, passed away.  Swannie has done some searching online and he certainly has a lot of the characteristics of the Maine Coon breed.  She was amazed by his huge paws. I hope he gets a nice home sometime soon as he is so affectionate and would make a lovely pet for someone.  He will be appearing on the Second Chance website soon.  I think I would have liked him to come and live with us as he would have made me look like a wee skinny cat!  Happy Thursday everyone, lots of love, JJ, xx.
