Crow - or is it a rook?

I went out early this morning to try to find a blip on my way to get a haircut. It was still raining, but only lightly. This crow didn't seem to mind though, and he came very close to me. I was down at Gunknowe Loch and maybe he thought that I would have some bread for the ducks.
