Girls ...

..in white dresses with blue satin sashes.
Ever since l saw what the girls were going to wear for the Eistedford l've had that song in my head!
Finally all the alterations are done and my Granddaughter's tried on their costumes, underskirts, dresses and pinafores all taken in at the waist and up on the length. Later today (after the final performance of the dance show this afternoon) they will be at the dress rehearsal for quite a while.
Then the dresses need washing and ironing for Wednesday.
I had planned to put these dresses on Beewriter's next Film Star Friday, for The Sound of Music but after all the sewing l don't want to see them ever again after the competition!

I've had a faff with this shot as the dresses are presently a bit crumpled!
