Reality Check

Tried my hand at making rolls this afternoon, or pain facon beaucaire to give them a fancy French name. The top picture is what they look like in the recipe book's food stylist presentation; my attempt produced something a tad more rustic! Mind you, they taste pretty good and that's what counts.
