Fettling

The vets' team have been having 5aside or 7aside games on Sunday mornings so took the Speedster over to the Powerleague this morning. Seem to be spending a lot of time there at the moment. But not on Friday. I forgot to mention in yesterday's entry that the Froday game was called off - too many people planning on watching the Wales game? So went round the Beachampton, Nash, Whaddon, Calverton loop on the road bike. Why is cycling so much harder than running?

Anyway, the trip this morning ticked off another 250 miles for the Mog. Which means it was time to jack it up and grease its front suspension again. I have done this so many times over the years!

Watched the last set of Jo-Wilfred Tsonga's epic fourth-round match. Helped C with lyrics for her area's song for her boss's retirement.

Watching Iceland's dream ending in France...
