Moan Monday

AS you can see my trike ride has been shortened 
I used to go up and round the beach huts up the slope then down and come back home gave my legs a little test bit of an incline  but no all changed,
but as you can see there is a cyclist on the naughty side coming through to walton end from Frinton the forbidden promenade. but my trike is on the forbidden side as well that is where I sat and had my breakfast a mushroom and scrambled egg sandwich, and a nice flask of coffee
sorry I am a bit behind as usual bit tired.
