A Peony that didn't make it

Today I was stuck in calls almost all day but then managed to get out.
My neck needed some attention and I got a good and painful massage from Paul. I wanted to make sure that all will be good during my short holiday.

Back home I started packing and preparing, Cannot wait until we are on the plane tomorrow.

The photo is one of the Peonies that did not make it and dried off way before it was fully opened.
I like the paper-like texture.
