Halden Stadion

Training today started at 18:00 sharp, I carelessly planned my timings based on cycling to the stadium 4km away. So I left at 17:40 and quickly realised I'd left about 10mins too late so had to run quicker than I wanted before the session even began.
14 x 200m with 60s rest in between each effort, very hot.

The stadium was built in 1927 and is home of the 3rd division Kvik Halden FK. It is an excellent facility for such a low division club. Capacity is 5000, but the record attendance was 6717, set at the Norwegian Cup final in 1928 between Ørn Horten and Lyn Oslo.
