Fuchsia lanterns

A shady corner of our garden is lit by fuchsia lanterns.

So I finally made it back to the grant proposal that I last edited on 23rd March - hurrah! My goal is to try and get it finished in the next few days so that it can be submitted before I go away on holiday.

Today I also wrote a blog post about my role as laureator at Tuesday's graduation ceremony, and the celebrations that followed the main event of the day.

Exercise today: morning run with second loop curtailed due to backache.
