Dream a little dream

There I was - asleep on my back, dreaming little dreams ( which involved a lot of nose twitching and leg jerking) and along came somebody who shall be nameless, but whose name starts with an H and ends with an R, and there's a letter E in the middle, said - well, you'll never guess what she said.

SHE said "all we have to do is fix a handle to her tummy, and we could use her as a floor mop".

I mean!  Me!!  A floor mop.

"Well, I never did".  As her dear departed grandmother used to say.  "Well, I never did in all my life" is an extended version when she was really upset.

And I am upset, yes I am.

A floor mop indeed!!!!!
