A Slice Of Peace

A prickly pear cactus flower bloomed for me today. It was a small slice of peace in an otherwise tortuous and hectic day.

It's late now and I have a few tasks to complete before the house is ready for me to wrap for the night. I'll be getting up at four o'clock to start getting ready to go to the hospital.

I'm thinking about how I'm going to handle getting a blip tomorrow. I think I'm going to try to sneak my pocket camera back with me as far as I can before they turn my lights out.
