Sandbach United 0 Chester FC 4

With the 2016 European Championship Final to be played tomorrow night Chester started off their 2016/17 pre-season friendlies at Sandbach United.  It proved to be a useful run-out as Chester played a few trialists and had a different starting eleven in both halves. The action shot shows youth team player Kevin Exell heading towards goal in the second half. The result is meaningless but it was an enjoyable way to spend a Saturday afternoon and meet up with everyone again.
