Marjaniemi

This is Marjaniemi beach right next to Itäkeskus in Helsinki. It's the nearest beach to us at the moment. Sea water temperature at this beach is under 15°C. There were swimmers. I'm not gonna be one of those few. 

I've been catching up my reading regarding ME and IBS. I'm so tired that I can't see properly. Pain surfacing. Sleeping doesn't help. And some more. All connected. Makes sense. So can't do anything. Just take it easy and  ride this wave too.
