Des Res!

Back at work today after our weekend away, so I went to check up on the latest moorhen chicks. I managed to spot 3 of them on the pond itself, with one adult and a couple of the older chicks.

But I suspect the rest of the new brood are sheltering under this adult on a nest right in the middle of the water lilies.
