Bindweed

I've pretty well managed to eradicate bindweed from my garden, but it is still prolific in the field hedge on the opposite side of our lane. So long as that is where it stays I quite like to see it; the large white bell-like flowers look really attractive against the uniform green of the hedge. With an eye to the weather forecast I nipped out this morning before the deluge started and got this shot of a fly inside one of the flowers. It should suffice for the Tiny Tuesday challenge being hosted this month by Rainie; rather appropriately, given the weather.
