Nothing to sea ...

Last full day on the Boudicca. We are on the North Sea all day, with nothing to keep us company except a few passing oil-rigs.

What a difference from the last time we were on the North Sea. In 2007, we were coming back from the Baltic, and the weather was dreadful. Half the people on board were seasick, and the Captain kept apologising that the storm was so large he could not go round it. Today, flat calm.

Packing, one last dinner, one last show - then tomorrow we will be back in Rosyth.

Jess & Molly will be wondering what has happened. Yesterday, we rang Aunty Joyce to find out how they are. Usually, this phone call occurs just about two hours before we turn up ourselves to take them home. Have they been expecting us for 48 hours? Or have they just shrugged their shoulders and got on with being without us? Tomorrow, we will find out ...
