Summer bounty

While a small fraction of produce in Poland right now comes from Spain, most of what you see here is home-grown. I am overwhelmed by colors, textures, and flavors. I also enjoy the lifestyle of walking around the corner to this store three times a day to get a freshly baked loaf of bread for breakfast, a few slices of ham and cucumbers for lunch, and string beans for supper. Not practical for every day, but great on holidays.

I filled out the papers for a new state ID. I was worried, as I typically forget some must-have document whenever I am trying to get anything done. Sure enough, one was missing. However, lucky me, the information was already "in the system."
