Between the showers

I went for a walk in Pipe Hall woods today.  The sun was warm but a heavy shower came over which made all the butterflies disappear while I sheltered under the canopy of the Jubilee wood.  Both they and I reappeared after a few minutes.  In flight today were mainly ringlets, speckled woods, meadow browns and small skippers.
