The Grey Heron

I haven't seen the local resident heron for some days but when I was down on the beach at low tide, with dog and frisbee, I spotted the heron standing beside one of the rock pools.  Fortunately Togbe was too busy playing in the sand to bother with me and my camera.  Some of the rocks were very slippy with seaweed so without risking life and limb I got as close as I could to the heron.
