Stovies.

Another Scottish dish made by A today as part of his Food Project at school. It's a dish many Scottish people will know and love from their childhood ( although for some reason my mother never made it as far as I can remember).

It consists of potatoes, onion, stock and some form of meat ( sausages in this case). Almost exactly the same as Pommes Boulangere ( but you probably wouldn't want to admit that in 1970's Glasgow....)
