Enjoying the Sunshine

It was been a lovely sunny mild day... not as hot as yesterday but it felt warmer because the sun was showing her beautiful face.

We went out for meal last night and John said we would walk into the city. I said it is going to rain and I was told, no it wasn't. Guess who walked home in the rain. It just started as we were leaving the restaurant and just got heavier and heavier. By the time we got home the streets were flooded and we both looked like drown rats.

This lovely Polyanthus was shinning brightly in the wonderful sunlight. They do make such a beautiful display at this time of year in the garden.
