Teaching and Practice

Bob diwrnod ar encil, cawson ni dysgeidiaeth ac ymarfer yn y bore. Gweithion ni ar grefft a dawns yn y prynhawn.  Rhwng yr amserau cawson ni prydau blasus - a hael.

Each day on retreat, we had teaching and practice in the morning. We worked on art and dance in the afternoon. Between times we had delicious - and generous - meals.
