Moonrise Over Mont Blanc

Our last day in Geneva.
We took the hire car back this morning and then our cousin organised for us to see the League of Nations exhibition at the UN where he works.
It was interesting to learn the history of the two organisations and also of the varied work the UN does besides its better known, and often less successful, roles in peacekeeping and attempts at conflict management.

Then a bit of welcome rest time before dinner beside the lake where we watched the full moon rise over a pink Mount Blanc.
It was a perfect evening for sitting outside.
