Not Cheap

This is a bit controversial.

I have to say straight away that I thoroughly enjoyed the Olympic opening ceremony, and I'm glued to the screen for the highlights each night. (I'm actually watching it and about to cheer on Michael Jamieson as I write this).

However this bit of signage did make me think. In these days of austerity with so many families struggling could it be done at a lower cost?

This sign actually looks almost official and its on the site of a derelict bank which may not be accidental.
