Mystery Man?

I was helping clear out a house this morning and we came across this autographed photograph. Its signed by both the 'celebrity' and the photographer. Can't quite make out the signatures and don't recognise him.

I decided to Blip it and see if any Blippers have any thoughts on who it may be? I think we have to go back to a time long before X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, so younger Blippers may not be able to help much with this.

Any chance it will fetch a decent price on eBay?
