Alternate title: How to keep cool outdoors here.

After taking this photo, a man asked me if I was a member of the media. While technically I am, I doubt I can be of help to anyone. He told me his thoughts are being downloaded to any computer screen. He can prove it, but he can't give me much information.

He was either messing with me or schizophrenic. I hope he was messing with me. If not, poor guy. I hope he can get help.
