A Tiny Web CUTTING across his pretty flower

I cannot remember the name of this plant.....probably a name with lantern in it? This little flower looks like a Chinese Lantern or a lamp shade? The bush has grown quite tall since I planted it about a month ago, I had to put a metal sculpture next to it so it doesn't bend over and break. I rather like the bright color and fascinating flowers by my front door.
