Unintentional juxtaposition

This pot of flowers in my front garden looks good, I think, even if the mix of plants was a complete surprise. I had nasturtiums in the pot last year, but when I planted the geranium this spring I'd forgotten all about the possibility that the seeds left over from them might actually produced something. It'll be a tad garish if they flower, but right now I like the juxtaposition of dark and light green leaves with the splashes of scarlet.

I'm amazed that this photo has come out; I suddenly remembered at 10pm or so that I'd not taken any pics today and dashed out in the fine drizzle to take this one. You can see the slight misting on the petals through the gloaming  ...
