More cycling

Another hot night in the sauna room but the bite has gone down so no need for antibiotics. We put the bikes on the car after breakfast and parked up in Aviemore then cycled the five miles to Boat of Garten, on a good cycle path following the railway line in bits. Sun was out and met quite a few other families out cycling with their kids.

Coffee time in the Little Cafe with wonderful cakes. They also sell crafts and pictures etc made by clever local people. Wandered round the heritage railway station and spoke to an old guy from Wales who was up on holiday, his holiday being restoring the carriages and tinkering with engines. There was an old carriage in the yard from the 1800s that they had their piece and cuppa in....

Promised Cameron he could have another go on the Tree Zone at Rothiemurcas so him and his Papa went flying through the air while Ben and I went to the Drurie Cafe thinking we would have time to go and see them finishing off at the Zip. Too late, they went first and were so fast doing it they left all the others behind so we missed the Tarzan moment!!

Back to the Hotel and the boys played in the play area with some other kids and I read my book there avoiding going to the airless room.

Managed to get a seat in the dining room at the opened door so fresh air was coming in. We played games in the evening, after a walk at Loch an Eilein and the photoshoot at the same place as last year.

It was only due to the heat that I didn't win any of the games !!
