50 minutes non stop excercise/swimming !! Can't be bad for an old gal' can it !
Shopping, home for snack lunch, to see Rosemary ( who was sleepy and not happy today I was told, but she seemed to pick up when I produced an eclair!! ) then picked up some fuel ( yes I did pay for it ? ) then the next thing was watering the garden. Even tho' it looks like rain I didn't want to risk it. Now for the ironing, err , don't like that much but it has to be done! I may have time for a spot of supper after that??

Happy .... to have seen Rosemary and cheered her up a bit, but she did look very frail today.
