Our trip ....

..... to knole park/ house.
There are renovations going on and have been for a couple of years, I was told they had finished but far from it ! The tower is open for the first time ever , I really couldn't manage 77 steps neither could my friend who is recovering from a serious illness. However we did the bottom floor of the house , where the artefacts have been put on show until the appropriate rooms were completed. C and I had a snack lunch and coffee , then had a little stroll and called in at a favourite tea shop in Westerham where we shared a cream tea! Only because we couldn't manage one each. It's a lovely place where tea is served in a pot with REALLY tea leaves and a strainer no less!! It was a very enjoyable few hours and we enjoyed each other's company.

Happy ..... to have spread a little happiness today.
