Flowers

The wildflowers are blooming again near Munlochy. It always amazes me that the rough piece of land below the old railway track transforms into this wonderful display of flowers each year. At the moment it's a mass of yellow with the corn marigolds. The odd poppy, cornflowers and daisies add more colour and over the next few weeks will start to come out throughout the display.
A bit of rain just as we arrived at the flowers and some sun but mainly overcast and just looked out the window and it's raining again. Oh well the plants like it :)
We went down to Rosemarkie and had a sandwich. A bunch of children had been playing happily with a football when a gust of wind lifted it into the sea, such a shame as the tide was going out and it was surprising how quickly the ball was out of reach. Wonder if the dolphins can play ball :)
