Gatekeeper

I know people enjoy exotic butterflies in greenhouses, like the display organised every year at Wisley. But, for me, there's no comparison to what you can see on a summer walk in your own backyard. I was looking out for Grayling on the common near Pirbright. I didn't see one but this Gatekeeper caught my eye in the gentle evening sunshine.
