I've decided to start this Blip account to help with my photography, as for the past seven months it's become something that I'm increasingly interested in; and ever since my Dad bought me a pretty decent camera, I've been out and about snapping shots of almost anything. I'm still a little unsure about what I'm doing, so I'm trying a lot of different techniques, and I guess that's what photography is all about - being creative and having fun!

I thought I'd start off with a self-portrait, as it may be of some use to see what I look like. There's a photography challenge that I've found and it sounds quite fun, so I might jump straight in to that and begin tomorrow. Until then, hello fellow Blippers!
