Evening in Nailsworth

Really tired after work and collapsed into bed after returning from the office. Still tired now in the later evening.

My back and neck are achey and getting used to a new state of being after a hard going therapeutic massage yesterday.

I woke at 8pm and a decision was taken to go to a curry house in Nailsworth rather than the usual place. The food felt healthier and was better value too. First time I've not had an alcoholic drink with my curry for ages, all in all a decent end to the working week.
