One for old time's sake, although it can't go in the off with it's head category for obvious reasons.

A walk with my Ramblers group, the One Step Walkers, this morning, which preceded the annual Summer Picnic at Black Rocks, Cromford this afternoon... where we all ate far too much.  But the sun shone, the waterproofs weren't needed and everyone enjoyed themselves.

We met a new member who, along with her friend, is going to be walking the West Highland Way with eight of us in six weeks' time.  I hope she does some training before then because today she was worn out after 9 miles and she says her friend is even less fit than she is...
