Dark Dahlia Soaking Up the Sun

Nice and easy day... This morning was the first time I tested my own blood sugar. I was very happy to see it continue to slowly go down. 

I planned on getting a blip this morning on a walk down at the local park but I forgot my SD card... oops..So it turned into a 2.5 mile non stop power walk. Been awhile since I did that. 

At home I took out the tripod and played. This is straight out of the camera.
