plates licked clean

My cousin Catherine's eldest is staying with my sister for a week. Her name is Emily and she came over and spent the day in Les Pilles today. We made apricot jam together and then she made a lemon "self-saucing" pudding! It was absolutely delish! It's like magic...you put a batter-like mixture in a soufflé dish, put it in the oven, and when it comes out it's sponge on top and sauce underneath!

Saw the girls this morning as well for a few hours. They had made a list of names they think we should call the baby - choices for a girl or a boy. There were even a couple on there that we quite like :)

Pierre got home at 10.15pm! A late one, but that's him off now for 2 days :)
