Naughty!

The 1st of August and The Edinburgh Festival looms large on the horizon. There is the inevitable hum of activity with the construction of temporary structures throughout our corner of the city. With George Square hosting the Fringe Udderbelly and the big Circus Top a stone's throw from our front door, we are party to much frantic preparation as we leave the Dower House.
Middle Meadow Walk has become an avenue of large netting cubes put in place by the council as a home for all the plethora of posters. At least the little grey men have got that right.

The Fringe performers giving out fliers are not yet in position, so at least we are not yet being accosted by young enthusiastic students intent on getting rid of an expensive amount of advertising literature.

I passed this Charity shop today and knew that the window dresser must have a sense of humour!
