salsa time

Today marked our last full day in Vancouver. Finally got to visit the Art Gallery and see an exhibition of Picasso and his Muses (interesting) as well as a photographic exhibition of work by street photographer Harry Callahan, who I had never heard of. This was a fascinating series of photos taken at various stages of his life and in differtent parts of the world. Some incredible images mostly in black and white which I was very taken with. What a blipper he would have been! I feel he shared what many in the blip community a keen eye for observing the ordinary and sometimes extraordinary minutiae of life. Clearly, he was a man at the top of his profession but i certainly got the feeling he was a kindred spirit.

Today's blip are images from a communal salsa class held in the square just outside the gallery and the extra is taken from Canada Place where we took our last stroll before our meal.
Farewell Canada!
