Dexter in His Cat Fort

It doesn't take much to make a cat happy. Just a box - or something like a box - can keep a cat amused for hours. On this day, I was working at home, and Dexter was keeping me company.

My husband had recently emptied out a big blue Rubbermaid container, and he put it on the bed and placed a towel in it. A cat trap if ever there was one.

Presto magico: it worked! A cat suddenly appeared and ran right in! Easy-peasy! So here is Dexter looking happy in his cat fort, mere minutes before falling asleep in there, with one paw on his nose.
