Ain't no Hassselback girrrl!

Whenever I make hasselback potatoes, I always think of the Gwen Stefani song 'Hollaback girl'!

These spuds went very nicely with our salmon fillets for tea.

Today was declared 'wahooooo Wednesday' and was a much better day than yesterday.
I'm off now until Friday afternoon, which is a 4 hour session then I'm off again until the next hopefully not terrible Tuesday.
