The Copse

After finishing my evening call at Newport Hospital, just after 8pm, I was still blipless. I seem to leave things late and then push myself to get something half decent. I drove through the country lanes on the way home hoping to find something to fit in with the wide angle wednesday theme of 'earth, wind or fire'!  It's been a windy day so that was a help.

I stopped off at this copse at Michaelston-Y-Fedw, near Newport. The wind was blowing the long grass and crop, clouds drifting with the sun starting to set. The blip photo is my effort;  a mound of earth and some wind, and a bit of fire in the sky!
