Totally focussed

This evening I took the boys to karate for the first time since their successful grading. It was good to see how well they did in such a large class with almost all the others being higher grades.

The main photo is of Mr H during one of the large group kata practices, while the extra is young L remembering the same kata during the time before the training session began. I have deliberately fuzzed the faces of the other students who were inadvertently caught by the camera; none gave consent as they were not asked.
