Kind of jet-lagged - was in Rio until 5 am this morning...

Woke at midday & went straight back...

Watched the men's cycle road race - after six hours of exhausting torture & a fair amount of carnage on the last horrific decent, the gallant Belgian, Greg Van Avermaet sprinted to gold!

Also watched Adam Peaty beat his own World Record in the heats of the 100 metres breast stroke - well done him!

And a bunch of other stuff...
