A COUPLE OF SWIMMERS

The handsome Mark Foster a the lovely Rebecca Adlington deliberating on GB's swimming prospects in Rio 2016 - apparently Adam Peaty stands a fair chance of gold in the 100 metres breast stroke much later on tonight.

Being temporarily handy-capped - have been watching all sorts of stuff including women's sevens rugby...

Good grief - the nostalgia - in 1956, I played for my terrible school in the "all England schools rugby sevens" competition at Twickenham.

Disaster - by mistake we won our first match & standing on the touchline with pints of bitter was the father of our fly half... We had never been so thirsty!!

Half an hour later we had to play Colchester Royal Grammar School - needless to say the CRGS splattered us 49-0
