Harvesting wheat at Camps End

This is extremely hot and dirty work!  These guys really need the air conditioned cabs on these machines.

Not much sun today but the wind is quite warm and quite strong, so lots of dust blowing about. All compounded by the fact that this combine harvester chops the straw into a mulch for the farmer to plough in...

The good news is, according to the farmer, that the wheat crop looks good!
