Fungi on my way to The J's...

Have done my usual stint at The J's Hospice today so it was an early start, out of the house at 6am.  On my way through Saffron Walden I spotted these growing on the edge of the common right beside the road. Too good not to stop and take a snap. It was still quite gloomy and drizzly so it was a quick snap!

A busy day and a tedious journey home some of the way through a very heavy shower. Yes its been raining again today...
